About St. Joseph Rehab Center
St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility located at 2902 East Avenue South in La Crosse. Guided by Catholic ethial and moral standards, our goal is to foster your success. St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center is a warm homelike atmosphere, and offers 30 semi private rooms along with 20 private rooms. Our facility offers a wide range of services including the following:
- Skilled nursing services
- Complete rehabilitation department
- Daily recreational activities for residents
- Large courtyard area with playground
- Chapel blessed for worship services
- Pastoral care staff to assist with the spiritual needs of all residents
- Hospice care
- Social Services
- Beauty/Barber shop services

- Transportation
Residents are encouraged to bring furnishings such as pictures, furniture, or other cherished items from home to make their room feel more familiar. Our goal is to make our residents feel comfortable and cared for while they stay with us.
